A: Yes, we have empanadas for everyone. Our vegan and Gluten free empanadas get cooked separately from our other options by using dedicated sheet pans, fryers to prevent any cross contamination.

A: We offer several different empanadas ranging from your traditional flavors to innovative flavors that are sweet or savory. You can view our flavors here.

Q: What cooking method do you do with cooking your empanadas?
A: All of our empanadas are deep fried, and restriction empanadas are usually baked or fried in separate cooking equipment( Vegan, GF) options.

Q: What are empanadas?
A: Empanada, a baked or fried pastry stuffed with any of a variety of fillings, such as meat, cheese, vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients. Empanadas can be found around the world, especially in Latin America, Spain, and Portugal.

Q: Do you offer catering trays of empanadas?
A: Yes, we offer trays of empanadas that can be (1) flavor or multiple flavors by the tray. We customized any tray of empanadas based on customer’s preferences.

A: We like to say we are very innovative in creating flavors that leave your mouth watering for more empanadas which allows us to offer you 45+ flavors in counting. The unique experience is based on these principles: Innovative. Flavorful. Fresh. Varieties.

Q: Can we order empanadas without certain ingredients?
A: All empanadas are created with the passion of flavors to give you the best flavor, however we don’t customize our line of empanadas. If you're looking for customization for empanadas, we can see what we can do to meet your needs. In case of customization of empanadas, they will need to be purchased by the dozen only. Yes we can do it!

Q: Do you make your empanadas from scratch?
A: 98% of our empanadas are made from scratch using local sourced products as much as possible, quality ingredients and we use the leading spanish brand when it comes to our empanada shells. They make an awesome product that we love to support and incorporate their products into our recipes.

Q: Where do you source your products from?
A: We use a farm sourcing purveyor that works with about 65 local farmers and local purveyors throughout NJ,NY and Pa. We support the locals as much as possible. We also use local markets and broadline of distributors for our products as well.

Q: Do you do gift certificates or gift cards?
A: No, at this time we are not offering any gift certificate or cards.

 

Q: Are you a sit down restaurant?
A: No, we are strictly takeout/delivery and online restaurant. Warmer months, we may have some seating out front with bistro style tables.

Q: Do you offer Holiday Catering?
A: Yes, we do but not on the exact Holiday day, usually we have holiday catering delivered or picked up the day before the holiday. We value our core principles of the business that allows our staff to enjoy all major Holidays with their loved ones or significant others.

 

Q: How much notice do you need for any catering or big order of empanadas?
A: Typically we like to say at least 48 hrs, in case you can always call us ahead or the day of to see if we can meet your needs. We will do our best to accommodate the demand.

Q: Do you accept credit cards or debit cards?
A: Yes, as a small business owner we prefer cash, but we know this day in age most folks use plastic. Yes we do accept credit cards/debit cards with a service fee added to your bill. Unfortunately due to the cost of financial fees these companies are charging, we set a service fee per transaction. Most orders will be a .50 cent fee, while bigger orders will inquire about a 4% service fee added to those orders.
