While working in the food service industry for 24 years, Chef Joe decided he was ready to take on a new venture under Chefmeals LLC operating and providing quality food service to broader segments of the Lehigh Valley area and surrounding states. Building off his expertise, he purchased a food trailer in 2021 through Northampton Covid19 relief grant, with Chamber of Commerce and has been working on this food trailer for a year to host private/public parties to gain experience and valuable feedback from smaller groups of customers.

After some time working under pop up tents he gained the experience of small-scale, medium and larger crowds, he is now ready to expand his offerings and service to the community at large. Upon starting operations, CHEFstreet Mobile kitchen will sell a wide range of food offerings that are pre-selected menu, customized menu, NextLevel street food, clean eating, gourmet, and an assortment of culture offerings. We will provide high quality food, locally sourced as much as possible and Awesome customer service.
