After temporarily closing in April 2022 for an extensive rebranding and renovation, Chef Joe discovered that his innovative empanadas quickly became a sensation in Hellertown and the surrounding areas. At THE SHOP, you have the convenience of ordering in person or having our delicious offerings delivered to your doorstep through trusted partners like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub. In response to the overwhelming popularity of his empanadas, Chef Joe has transformed this eatery into a specialized empanada haven, showcasing over 28 tantalizing flavors—both sweet and savory—that you won’t find anywhere else.
